Each exclusive product is one of a kind and only sold once. When it’s gone, it’s gone. That said, we don’t want you to feel rushed to make a purchase.

With our Reserve Service, you can place any of our exclusive products on hold for two weeks. The best part? When you’re ready to buy the product, the cost of the reservation is applied to the purchase price!*

How it Works:

Email us and let us know what product(s) you are interested in reserving. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible and send you a link from which you can purchase the reserve service.

After you complete your order, you’ll receive an email that contains the date and time your reservation will expire. This email will also contain a link to a password-protected page from which to purchase the product at a 20% reduced rate. Access to this page will expire when your reservation expires.

The password protected page also provides the option to purchase an additional reservation. You can reserve a product as many times as you like, but only one reservation fee will be deducted from the purchase price (should you choose to buy the product).

You’ll also have the option to buy our Try service which includes a six-week reservation.

Once your initial 2-week reservation period ends and you have neither 1. purchased the product, 2. purchased an additional 2-week reservation, or 3. purchased the Try service, the product will be placed back in our Shop and will be made publicly available for purchase at the full listed price.

Service Includes:

  • Two-week reservation of the product

  • Optional 30-minute phone consultation with a professional label designer

  • 20% discount on product (if purchase is made during the reservation period)

not included in service:

  • Delivery of digital files (editable or otherwise) is NOT included.

  • Modifications/customizations to the product are NOT included.

    NO FILES OR OTHER SERVICES ARE PROVIDED as a part of the reserve service. WE ONLY HOLD the product for you SO OTHERS AN UNABLE TO PURCHASE IT.

 
 

*You must purchase a product before the reservation period ends to be eligible to purchase the product at the discounted rate. Designs can be reserved multiple times, but only ONE reservation fee will be deducted from the purchase price.
